“ We ate here while visiting universal studios. The location is right when you drive out of university city. The pizza was so delicious. We also ordered spaghetti and fettuccini and both dishes did not disappoint. We would definitely return ”
“ Bombbbb pizza. My fiancée are always down for trying new spots and I've been eyeing this place for a while! We got two pieces of pepperoni, buffalo chicken, and their lasagna pizza. All 10/10. Crust is perfectly crispy and the flavor is out of this world. Def in our top 3 pizzas we've had in LA. Better than prime and for a classic NY style you can't go wrong. Everyone was very nice when we walked in. Quick service and to the point. Will 10000% be ordering again! ”
“ Local New York pizza. Consistent. Thin crust, good amount of sauce and cheese. I like it little crispy. ”
“ Thought I had already reviewed them after the last time I ordered (when I had pizza, ziti, and garlic bread) and enjoyed it all. But I came back today to write this-- I wish I could give them 10 stars. I went in person to place an order to be delivered to my local firehouse, for our heroes being so brave and helping protect us in this insane inferno we are living through. The manager kindly contributed towards it. Now that is not only good business, but more importantly, being a good person and community member. I forgot to catch his name, but if he sees this, I am so very grateful and will not forget this. They will now have my faithful business. Please help support small businesses like these within our community! ”
“ This has got to the best New York style pizza I've ever had. Delicious crust, cheese and pepperoni! It was just as good cold too!! We make it a point to stop here for a large pizza either before Universal Studios or after. The classic pizza joint out of an Italian movie! I can't wait to eat there again! ”
“ I seriously love this unassuming spot in Studio City!! A bit of a hole-in-the-wall sort of spot, literally tucked into the corner of a strip mall off Ventura Blvd, the vibes here definitely brought me back to the corner pizza shops in Manhattan! The decor inside is basic but very cute, I loved the wall art and photos of NYC, as well as the stacks of pizza boxes in the corner! You order at the counter, and then they brought our food out to us in no time at all! Both the white pizza and the sausage pizza slices were perfectly New York-esque with the oily, thin crusts and delicious cheese and toppings. The crust was just right, in my opinion! I also loved the basket of the garlic knots we ordered. In addition, we got a pipin' hot plate of fettuccine alfredo - it was nice and saucy and had a very generous portion for $16! I will say, the chicken on it was a bit lacking in flavor and the sauce could've been creamier, but otherwise I enjoyed everything here! When it comes to the affordability and the solid pizza here, I'd definitely come back and recommend it to others in the area! ”
“ Wow am I mad at myself for not coming here sooner living right across the street! Best pizza I've had living in LA the last 30 years! Great prices and service! Just made a loyal customer! ”
“ As a pizza lover I can appreciate a good by the slice pizza joint. I came in and got 2 slices. 1 white and 1 bbq chicken. I enjoyed it so much I went back the next day and got another white and a slice of deep dish. I took it all to to but the interior was nice and clean. White pizza: the slice that sold me. It's got cheese and spinach. For a simple pizza it's got great flavor. That this crispy bottom was perfect. Deep dish: the cheese deep dish was really good. I loved the crust. The sauce is really nice and I got a good cheese pull when I bit into it. Bbq Chicken: a great slice of pizza. I appreciated the fresh toppings on it. Had a good amount of bbq sauce, not too much not too little. Wish I had gotten a pic. Overall is definitely recommend this place. They got a good variety of menu items that I'm down to try as long as I'm working in the area ”
“ Full disclosure: I'm a transplanted New Yorker and I have found the pizza experience in LA disappointing. However...Fernanda's is not bad. Not bad at all. Got some oil drip, folds easily. A little thicker crust would add to the experience but I'm not complaining. I'll go back. ”
